Monday to Friday 11:30-15:00. Also NewStarts takes food, toiletries, toilet rolls and re-usable items such as furniture, household appliances, bedding, curtains and floor coverings. Particular needs at the moment are: beds and bedroom furniture, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodarant, shower gel, tinned fish, long life milk. The Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox Appeal – Operation Christmas Child – is an opportunity to give a small box of toys and treats to children in countries where they will not receive a gift at Christmas. Read more here. Please prepare and wrap your gift box and hand them with £3 to the Methodist Centre (Irene Rhead) between 10:30 and 12:30 on Sundays until 10th November or thereabouts. There will be a dedication on Sunday 17th November.

Bromsgrove churches recently held their first 24/7 prayer week based around the following theme from Isaiah 52:7. How beautiful on the mountains     are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace,     who bring good tidings,     who proclaim salvation, who say to Zion,     “Your God reigns!” The  “24-7 prayer” week which ended with a celebration service at Bromsgrove Baptist  church was much appreciated. Many thanks to ALL the churches (wow) for their  support, and to those Methodist members who welcomed us so warmly and managed a  spot of disruption.
